The 5.1.1 version of the NCM integration module is compatible with NPM 9.1, but you'll need to upgrade to NPM 9.5 to use the 5.5 version of the module.

Yes, it works differently. The last page of the job provides additional filtering options. The default behavior is merge.

Can you replace any passwords with or <new password> and post the results you see in the command script execution window? I've gotten this script to work on the Catalyst 6k we have here in the lab.

This is still in roadmap phase for the NCM standalone console. However, if you own Orion NPM, you can install the NCM integration module and use the Orion node limitations and account view limitations defined to control user access to the NCM nodes and capabilities.

mike, just to clarify, the global search feature was NOT removed and is still available in the standalone NCM website. You can have both the NCM integration module and NCM standalone website running at the same time. We certainly understand it is less than ideal to have to back to the standalone website for this function.…

Are you transferring files using a script? If so, when executing a TFTP transfer through a script, NCM has no knowledge of what commands you are executing. So, you'll need to start the TFTP server manually and then run the scripts.

Ok, another option to consider is deploying a separate Orion SL100 instance with an NTA for an Orion SL100. You could deploy EOC centrally to roll up overall status from your Orion instances.

Actually, that is the expected behavior. Because we don't currently have the ability to provide a ${Username} macro in Syslog server, we're essentially putting the entire message into the Username field in NCM. We have plans to add parsing of this message in a future version.

On the details view, you should see Top 20 at the top of the screen. If you click this and you'll see a drop-down which will allow you to select all monitors.
