Yes. The issue got resolved after making changes in the password prompt settings.

Did you create the folder "Core_Switches"? Does CatTools service account have the permissions to write to that folder?

I assume that the folders get create automatically, bcoz I use the same tool to take backup of my access layer swicthes and is happening without any issues.
Can you look in your TFTP setup options for CatTools to verify that the security options aren't blocking that IP address somehow?
I can see the the options global read and gobal write selected under security settings. Also allow create subfolders option also selected.
