Glad you got back online, sorry you did not hear anything. We are working on addressing the issue where the netperfmon service does not stop in a timely fashion
-
Awesome, thanks!
-
Yep, we are thinking the same thing here, ok I got it and will file an enhancement request into our system
-
When creating a map you can drag on nodes, interfaces, applications etc. on to the map. So if you drag two interfaces on to a map and then populate the Interfaces tooltips, the popup would show there
-
I sent you a private email
-
No, this is not in SP4
-
No I fully understand the issue. Just a matter of time is all, we have alot of stuff we are working on here across all our products. As much as I wish I could do everything you ask for, I can't, I need to balance and prioritize between bug fixes, features and internal work items.
-
Great that they said that to you, but I am the Product Manager for this and since Log Forwarder comes with Syslog, I get to make the call on if we fix it or not. Can you send me the ticket number and I will look into this on my side.

Orion NPM 9.1 SP5 has just been released, which addresses this error, please find the release notes and link here
-
gwiz, can you explain on this further what you are looking to do
-
ptspts, I have it filed as a defect in the system for us to address in a future release. You can put a URL in a custom field, but you cannot make it a hot link is all. As a potential option for a workaround, do you use maps? You can make map labels linkable to a URL that users can then click on within maps
-
Also, another idea is - you can append at the end of a URL with the following &dataformat=Excel We don't support PDF there, but you can go to text and then PDF as a workaround here are the formats we support now CSV, TXT, XML, EXCELWith the following options being equivalent in the URL.CSV – csv, cdf, rawTXT – txt, textXML…

If you look at this post there are two posters, so it is an enhancement request and we will look to make the change, but it is not high priority. However, we did test editing the database to make the max size 4000 characters and then created a calculation poller with a formula longer than 1000 characters. It worked fine,…
-
You hit the nail on the head, the team did another full regression test round, addressed any items found additional beyond what was reported by you all when 12.7 was out there and now doing another full regression test pass to ensure now that fixes are in, we introduced no additional issues.
-
OK, I have opened a new defect on the web poller to see if we can find out what is going on there
-
This is something we have on our list to further evaluate, but no time frames I can commit to
-
horric29, Haven't heard back on this thread, did Support get you all fixed up?
-
Thanks, I believe our support staff is already working with you on this and will review.
-
We have a beta version of an SDK that has some write or invoke type operations. If you are interested in checking it out, PM me offline via thwack.
-
If you haven't already, it would be great if you could post that report on the Thwack Content Exchange for others
-
Contact support, they have some scripts you can run on your DB
-
So what if we offered the ability to say what 100% interface utilization is. Would this satisfy this issue?
-
You can go from ICMP to SNMP today just by editing the node/s, but you cannot currently go the other direction, SNMP to ICMP. This is an open enhancement still. If you don't care about history, why not just delete and re-add as an ICMP only node?
-
We are actively looking into what is going on and why ya'll are seeing issue which we did not see here. I have deleted my original post while we look into this and see what is going on. If you are seeing issues with the hotfix and have not already, please open a support case and upload diagnostics and reference this thread…
-
This is something we have on our list to add to the product
-
Sorry for being vague, my bad. Here are the OID's we poll for Aruba Are all 60 thin AP's up or are some down? Regardless it sounds like we need a support ticket to investigate further if possible please Aruba Controller OID = ModelName1.3.6.1.4.1.14823.2.2.1.2.1.3 OID = IPAddress1.3.6.1.4.1.14823.2.2.1.1.3.3.1.5 OID =…

OK I will look into your support case and see what the deal is.
-
Are you a current customer or evaluating or products so I can get you to the right person to look into.
-
We are working on it now, it is not posted yet, stay tuned
