It is GA and should be available in your customer portal already
-
12.7.1 is in release candidate right now and has been so for a few weeks. GA will be in the next week or two unless a new issue is reported by the RC adopters that is a must fix.
-
Shawn, happy to discuss further with you, but 12.7.1 release is currently in RC and I have a different post up here on Thwack and we have a beta for a new mobile app for both Android and iOS we are sharing with users interested in testing and giving feedback.
-
We have a beta for a new mobile app on Android and will have one for iOS soon. 12.7.1 from a release perspective will be in release candidate status very soon. If you want to try the mobile app, send me your email address.
-
The team is heads down actively working on a service release to address some items and issues from 12.7 and then they will turn focus to the next release.
-
I have a couple requirements in plan, but would love to hear more about your issues, concerns and thoughts. Please DM me to setup a time to chat.
-
It is slowly starting to modernize the UI. In the release we are working on now, we are targeting the FAQ editor, ticket history as a couple of examples. Our intent is to ensure whatever we do now can support responsive UI in the future. Happy to share more and discuss offline further, feel free to DM me.
-
The content listed up here is accurate and current. The main thing is we are working on more UI work and updates. Is there something specific you are interested in or chomping at this bit to see?
-
Love to hear what you would like to see. With 12.1 we made some minor visual updates with icons, along with the new mirror driver to accommodate changes in Windows 10. Feel free to ping me at brandon.shopp@solarwinds.com or DM me on here if you would like to share and discuss DameWare further.

With 10.0 you can ignore nodes, interfaces etc. Just add them to the ignore list
-
What do you have the rollup status for the group set to? Best, Mixed or Worst?
-
I would open a support ticket, I am not familiar with this error
-
Sounds like that may be when your DB maint. runs, can you look into that and see if it is running ok. May be best to open a support ticket
-
To get node level UnDP's onto the Network Summary page, you can view and copy the source of the UnDP and create a custom HTML resource and copy the source in. This will allow you to display a UnDP for a single server on the Network Summary home page
-
Custom SQL would probably be the way to go as you saw, maybe someone in the community can help you out with some SQL
-
Please open a support ticket so we can look into and if appropriate get a defect filed.
-
You will need to use the Advanced SQL option to create this report.
-
How you checked out Orion IPSLA Manager?
-
Maybe the community can chime in here, but you might have to write a custom SQL report
-
I assume you are on 9.5? If so, if you log into the web console, click Admin and there you should see an add node link. Here add the info for your F5, enter the SNMP credentials and validate, go to next and select the resources you wish to monitor and complete the wizard
-
Have you seen this thread?
-
I have not explicitly seen this. Your best bet is going to be a support ticket to look into further.
-
First NPM and IPAM use the same DB. We do log to the IPAM Events table when an IP status or value changes. You can see these events in the Last XX IPAM Events on the IPAM Summary page and there is also a report available to access this as well.
-
No, not on a recurring basis. You might want to download and look at MSFT SQL Management Studio or something similar to see if it can do what you want. What are you looking to dump out to a file?
-
Tough to tell what is going on here with out investigating further, please open a support ticket.
-
Please open a ticket with support. If there was a mistake or error, we can revert in next MIB DB update
-
Hard to tell based on the data you have provided above, I recommend you open a support ticket so we can investigate further

Donald, good feedback and this is an area we do have plans to work on going forward. However, before we do some of that work we need to get some other areas in order first. Point being, this is an area we plan to give some attention to in a future release.
-
Juan, can you expand on this use case and what you are looking to do further? So with LANsurveyor we have the ability to do a continuous discovery or on a periodic basis and you can run report on that. Also as Craig mentioned, in NPM we are working on the ability to schedule discoveries using Network Sonar and you can…
