One additional point, you could put the NPM Topology Resource onto a Summary page and then export that to PDF
-
Contact support, they should be able to assist you. Your Wireless table are the largest and you should be able to truncate those down, something we made better in later versions as well.
-
If you want to display multiple devices, another potential option is to create a report that displays the information you require for the devices and publish and display that report on the Summary page.
-
I have a release candidate of the service release ready, which includes the changes to address this issue. You can DM me with your SWID or info and I can send you the RC offline.

We are working on adding a formal option to turn off SSLv3 support, stay tuned for that. In the meantime, you can turn off affected ciphers by unchecking each of them except “RC4-SHA” and “RC4-MD5”. After that’s done, Serv-U will refuse to negotiate an SSL/TLS session with anything but RC4 as the cipher.

You can also do via web node management. Change the drop down to show interfaces and either search by expression, select the ones you want and click edit and you can edit as many as you want that way.
-
Typically you don't need a reboot. Sometimes it will ask for a reboot though if a file is locked when trying to install or upgrade though

We are working on the performance issue people have reported around slow map load times
-
That will do it. We typically say you do manage 8000 elements per poller as default polling intervals. If you turn that down to poll my often then you will get less capacity out of your poller. You can do it, you just may have to look to purchase an additional poller if you want to poll at that faster interval.

Regarding #1, they are basically randomized is the answer I got from Dev
-
Understood, we already have this one in our system and I will add two +1 to it.
-
I would open a support ticket to look into
-
See this thread here, is this the same issue you are seeing?
-
It should be ok, however, when we released 9.1 SP4 & SP5, SQL 2005 SP3 wasn’t released yet. We did test this against NPM 9.5 and it works fine.
-
If the problem continues to persist, please collect diagnostics and open a support ticket again and reference this thread
-
Kevin is correct, we are making this better in the next rev. If you are a customer with maintenance, you can sign up for the beta here and you can read more about some of the new features.
-
Community, please chime in here, but from my stand point, it should be good to upgrade now. However, what I always tell people and I do myself with any software is to grab a backup or snapshot of everything before just in case. Another thing you can look at to is taking a copy of your DB and putting it on another box and…
-
Yep, we have this captured and are aware of this, see this post for a workaround here
-
I just looked at your case and it appears the rep filed the case wrong in our tracking system. I fixed that and someone from Dev should be looking at soon.
-
Known bug, defect # 38039 for those from SW or reference.
-
We just released 1.1.17 yesterday, I would download and try that one out. Let us know if you still see the same issue
-
byrona is correct, see here for more details
-
Thanks for the feedback, good addition
-
I would recommend what Brian did, back the hotfix out to it's original state to get you back up and running and open a support ticket.
-
Correct, and 12.7.1 will be going into RC phase here soon.
-
Oversight, we are working on getting this re-added to the package, stay tuned.
-
This has been added in the latest version.
-
Mark, could you please open a support ticket on this one so we can look at what is going on and address please
-
We are looking at the DB table for pollers last sync
-
Up under NPM Additional Components we do have some background under Map Maker which you could download and use. Check it out and let me know if this is along what you are thinking.
