If you are deployment sensitive meaning the number of servers, one idea could be using Kiwi Syslog to monitor those logs, no?
-
We do have an open enhancement request to have a "trash bin" like function for deleted entities including the ability to remove something from trash bin if accidentally deleted.
-
Best route forward is going to be a support ticket so we can see why you got this and we haven't seen in other places.
-
Can you not use the existing widget in the report or view? Example https://hco.demo.solarwinds.com/Orion/Wireless/ThinAccessPointDetailsView.aspx?NetObject=WLTAP:2099 in lower right corner.
-
We just disabled the integration in Ad Butler for this specific free tool, can anyone try running the tool again and see if the error persists or goes away?
-
Have you gone down the support case route to dig into this?
-
OK feel free to email me or DM me your support case number and I can check into as well.
-
Yeah it's hard to troubleshoot remote like this as this is likely environmental as many others are running HF5 no problem. Support may be the quickest way to get to bottom of.
-
Hmmm, not clear on why you are seeing this behavior. I would recommend a support ticket so they can look at your environment and advise.
-
Have you opened a ticket on this and what vendor is this from the wireless side?
-
Apologies, this is a vague post, can you please elaborate or if needed, open a support ticket.
-
See here, have you tried inserting the UnDP card name variable into the alert?
-
Have you opened a support ticket on this issue and if so, can you send me the ticket number so I can look into?
-
I would recommend a support ticket here to investigate why those pages are flipping to HTTP
-
Fields shouldn't stop updating, so I would focus here. Have you opened a support case on this issue and behavior?
-
This should be captured and documented in the product documentation in the SolarWinds Success Center.
-
I agree, support ticket is the way to go, if you don't get an acceptable response via support, ping me.
-
I don't know many people that do it that way, first time I have come across this question. If you don't have access to the customer server, why not download an evaluation and build in that local system, export and send to the customer to import into theirs?
-
Both of you, please open a support case so we can capture the relevant details and get it logged in our internal system to work on
-
Contact support and they can walk you through the upgrade steps/path

Protocols like WMI can get compute intensive, so they can cause issues depending on the machine, but there is little management overhead, unlike an agent which requires appropriate permissions to install and then those have to be managed, updated, etc. With that being said, since agents are local they can get more frequent…

Doing more SD-WAN is on our roadmap. The challenge with not just the SD-WAN vendors, but even other networking technologies is they are adopting an API first approach, especially with SD-WAN at the Orchestrator level. This means each API from each vendor is different and a snow flake and has to be developed towards. Not…

We updated with model information we got from PAN team as we work on formal SD-WAN support at Orchestrator/Controller level. Also should correctly get mapped to PAN logo as well I believe.

Great feedback and please keep it coming. 2021 as you can imagine with the security event had us heavily focused on responding to that appropriately. I would say that around August, we started to pivot back to a normal roadmap and working on features again. We do have a release in flight and depending on the product new…

Checked with the SEM Engineering & our InfoSec team and this vulnerability does not impact SEM 2021.4.
-
Additionally, interested to hear more about your configuration/setup. In your SD-WAN setup, do you currently have multiple orgs or controller and if yes, how many?
-
WHD used 1.2.16 prior to being replaced with Logback in a previously shipped version.
