I believe these are the OID's for Linux boxes we poll * memTotalSwap = "1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.3." * memAvailSwap = "1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.4." * memTotalReal = "1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.5." * memAvailReal = "1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.6." * laLoad = "1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.10.1.3." * laLoad1Min = "1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.10.1.3.1" * laLoad5Min =…

I don't believe so today, but this is absolutely a good idea on an area we can enhance going forward. I will double check with dev though on the script idea to be certain.
-
Any chance you can upgrade to 9.5?
-
I don't beleive this will be possible. We expose the custom poller’s most recent timestamp, but you can only compare it to constant values, not relative expressions like “2 hours ago”.
-
First half of this year
-
Are you sure those credentials are correct? From the Orion server, can you hit the web console for that VM and login with those credentials?
-
Very good, probably just a weird oddity, glad everything is working now.
-
Awesome, glad to hear that did the trick. If possible could you open a support case and upload diagnostics so we can dig into what went bad the first time you upgraded.
-
What size are the subnets that you are scanning that you had to cancel and the one that is running for over 10 minutes? Regarding tighter integration with NPM, the answer is for sure, we plan to do further integration in future releases.
-
Do you mean if you go to web node management, select the interface or interfaces in question and in the more options dropdown, select shut down?
-
Wish I could, but you know I can't. When we do, we will update the what we are working on posts, so you can get ideas there of what is upcoming
-
Hmm ok, we did not see that internally on our UCS device. Can you open a support case and upload diags and the IF MIB walk from toolset?
-
I can say for sure not SP4, it is under consideration for next release, but no commitment at this time.
-
What you are asking for makes sense. I am opening an enhancement request to look to make this simpler in a future release.
-
Have you watched the ConnectNow video here?
-
Are you evaluating or a customer? Can you log a case with support
-
Make sure you have applied the latest SP on 9.5, I believe this issue was resolved with SP4
-
We are looking at potentially adding something that would satisfy your use case in the next major release. Specifically the ability to set a port as "unplugged". When that property is set, Orion will not report the port as “down”, but instead, it will mark the status as "unplugged" and will not show up in alerts, Nodes…

No, they should just show up. Can you go to web node management pick the server and do a list resources and post of screenshot of that?
-
Just to let ya'll know I am investigating
-
Can you do a mib walk on the device to see what is supported?
-
The point is that the customer just bought a two years active mantainance for the Hot Standby Engine. For customers that had the HSE and are on active maintenance we offered them a deal to get them an upgrade path. If your customer did not get this, send me a note or let me know. If you check out here you can find the…
-
Not sure, to be safe all of them, or you can wait till Support asks you and they can tell you which one they need
-
So they are not properly honoring view limitations, correct?
-
Ivo did respond above with some info and we are looking into the other questions.
-
I will ask Dev if they can think of another way, but have you also looked at our Server & App Monitor product and Virtualization Manager product? They both have online demos you can poke around on and check out, but they may solve this problem in a better way.
-
No, we don't have a way to apply enumerations to the label. The best bet is to continue what was done above and include the cpqHeTemperatureLocale poller in the table and ignore the label column.
-
OK I recommend a support ticket to investigate deeper.
-
We are on the same page completely in the spirit of what we would like to do. Google Finance was just the best real world example I had off the top of my head.
-
Perfect, thanks for the great descriptions, this is a known issue we have filed in the system and we are working on resolving it
