So you have 2 of everything, what is the reasoning for this? High Availability or Disaster recovery or for a lab? Might be best to set you up with an SE to chat and come up with a recommendation.

Can you give me: * SysObjectID (which you can find in Node Details) in System Manager. * Vendor * Model
-
bsaunier, I logged both into the system
-
I've logged them, but what version are you running of Orion? Are they showing as unknown with 9.5?
-
Last couple have been added to our tracking system
-
Thanks, I have logged them
-
Added to our tracking system, thank you for submitting
-
Then don't make them images. This is something we are working on as part of our internationalization efforts so we can translate into other languages
-
Still on the list, but not currently planned for the next release
-
If you right click on the map in Network Atlas and select Map Properties there is a radio dialog there to choose to use account limitations on maps or not for that specific map. So here you can turn it off just for the map.
-
Yes, for NPM it is required still. If you are installing APM or IPAM standalone, then you shouldn't need it.
-
It is a separate system, however you could put a menu nav option to the Kiwi web console within NPM so you have direct access within the Orion web console
-
#1 ah ok, I see where you are getting at, you just want to aligh the labels, not the node, interface etc. on the screen
-
What version are you on and are you using SQL Server or Express?
-
You can do this if you want to keep the nodes, but not do wireless polling http://support.solarwinds.com/kbase/ProblemDetail.cfm?ID=1389
-
Is UnDP not working or is it mainly it is just extra work and management and would like to see native support out of the box for this?
-
Phil is correct here.
-
I would recommend logging a support case
-
In the web console if you go to web node management, select the node and select list resources, for the desired interfaces you can select what you want just like you used to be able to do in System Manager
-
So where are you looking at, the node details page or the new Wireless view we added to the nav bar in 9.5?
-
You can check the footer of the web console for NPM. Also the version checker app is not in the start -> programs path, you have to navigate to the file system in the SolarWinds/Orion folder and you will find it in there
-
I assume you mean the one posted in the link above? If written for 9.1, it will have to be updated for 9.5 as we converted the website language in 9.5
-
Regarding the time schedule, you can specify customer and then set to 168 hours or equivalent depending on what time you schedule it for a week later, but point taken we can enhance the usability there for sure.
-
If what you want to monitor the server AD is running on then yes, if you want to monitor the AD application and various stats on the application, then you would need APM
-
No, not yet, this is high on my priority list. We are working through what's in the next version plan now and once completed I will post an update and that list to the forum.
-
Check this post out here from Nandish. Also you may want to check out a product from PagerDuty.
-
This is an outstanding feature request
-
You cannot edit maps through the web, you need to use the Network Atlas application to create, edit and delete maps. You can only mainly view maps from the web
-
We have made improvements with 9.5 and will continue to going forward as well.
-
And you both are running the latest SP2?
