Need more details on device make, model, etc. but if it supports SNMP then yes, otherwise you would have to go through the controller.

I would ask your Google reps, but searching for monitoring or snmp support is not coming back with anything useful. Google should be able to tell you what, if any, methods are supported.

We haven't done much work on this functionality lately, so I would recommend a support ticket to investigate further, but as stated, this functionality is only available in network atlas.

Why model of AP is this from Cisco? Looks like possibly the wrong OID being polled. I would recommend a support ticket if possible or if you know the OID you could create a device poller/UnDP.

2022.4.1 should be good to go to, we have many users running successfully with no issues on this service release version.

I wonder if that data is exposed in the MIB we poll or if in another. Support case to investigate may be worthwhile to collect info and details.

Agreed, need more detail, but you can define and setup multiple different maps for different users on different pages if that is what you are asking for.

Apologies you experienced this and had some challenges here. Will share this with appropriate folks in dev internally as well with your post so we can capture and track. We have, and continue to invest in our upgrades and making them more performant and resilient, but always more work we can do.

This integration is developed and owned by the ServiceNow team. The SolarWinds team built and maintains the alerting integration however.
