No worries, he is an online tutorial on many things, including UnDP. Do you think that UnDP will do what you want? If so, this thread would be useful on how to apply - Let me know if this helps

So Mr. LaPoint here gave me one idea. What you could do is instead of adding the Current % Util resource that you can't filter, what you can do is add the Report from Orion Report Writer resource and select Current Traffic - All Interfaces and then use the SQL filter to only show what you want there

It is going well, the response has been solid from you all in the community so far. For those that got the initial beta, would love any feedback you may have, feel free to DM me via Thwack or email me directly. Let me get an update on schedule.

Also depending on the level of depth and visibility you need, you can check out products like this one
-
You can use both SNMP and the API at the same time. Via API we gather the list of guest and the stacked ESX charts that show guest cpu, memory and network utilization. Via SNMP we gather volume, interface stats and the ESX host CPU/Memory.
-
For sure upgrade at your own pace and when you feel ready. As Karlo mentioned in the other thread, we are looking at the issue and have it logged into the system.
-
How much volume are you doing to Kiwi? Might want to check this out and see if it may apply to you
-
If this is still an issue for you please open a support ticket

Fixed it

12.7.1 is the next version and that is currently in RC and should be available in your customer portal and this has the same fix as this HF.
-
we are currently working on adding this now. If you are a current customer with active maintenance and are interested in helping us beta test this feature, let me know. You can send me a direct message via thwack requesting it.
-
Would it be possible to open a support ticket so we can get a defect filed on our side and get any other appropriate info from you?
-
Not yet, but as we said in the other thread, we have a fix in test right now and are actively working on it.

You can, you can do a couple options. From the web console export to PDF and you can also schedule these pages to be delivered on a scheduled basis. Also we have the multiple interface chart resource which you can add to a page and chart together on the same chart interfaces from one or multiple devices on the same chart.…

I sent to R&D for feedback, but also let's go ahead and have you open a support ticket so we can dig into further.

The net net is this can be caused by a ton of things. Hardware is a perfect example. I have also seen slow website performance cause the inetpub directory was being scanned in real time so when you clicked on a page, it took awhile to come up, but when excluding that directory and the SolarWinds directory, it got alot…

If it is impacting functionality, can you please open a support ticket. In the meantime, can you use firefox?
-
Point well taken, we can for sure enhance this. Have you looked at changing the dropdown to interfaces in web node management and then searching to narrow the list down or using the group by and then column filtering. Just a couple thoughts of some workaround to save your clicking finger :)

Understand the points here. #1 so out of the box depth is something we are working on. We rolled in Wireless in 9.5 and in the next release we are adding more depth around fiber channel switches out of the box. #2 in the next version we are also adding groups which allow you to group together multiple elements into a…

Was this external node in there prior to the upgrade to 10? Can you try a couple things for me 1. Add a new external node and see if it shows up there 2. remove and re-add the down node resource

#1 so if you customize menu bars you can add and remove options they can access. One of the options you can add is reset password, which allows them to change their password via the web console and then you can have custom menu bars for different users or user groups #2 - we have that as an enhancement request to enforce…

Can you please open a support ticket so we can look into further please

What about R2 makes it unsuported? Mainly we have not tested formally on it and validated everything works ok
-
In theory it should, but we have not tested the zip with 9.5 SP3. Safest bet would be to log a case with support
-
Have you looked at some of the articles in the knowledge base on SW.com? There are a couple items in there that may explain the issue you are seeing.
-
Can you do a MIBWalk of the server t ensure it respond to SNMP there?
-
No, SP5 is only required if you are running IPAM 1.5, it has no fixes related to NPM, it is basically a compatibility SP for IPAM
-
Jeff, I am sorry you are frustrated, let me ask some follow up questions. If you send other Top 10's do they come through ok? Is it just an issue with the Wireless Top 10's? Any chance you can PM me or post a screenshot

So what all are you looking for here? What are your primary concerns? Are you looking for a more robust HA/DR solution than our existing Hot Standby Engine?
-
No, the maps are stored in the database so no worries there
