That could be a part of your problem, we did not support SQL 2008 back then, we just added that support recently. Can you try on an older version of SQL?

mmwilliams, did you do the same as I discussed above? Please double check your filters and actions associated with them. If you have log to web access twice as an action and the same syslog is appearing in both filters, you will see duplicates.

Do you have a case open with support? In NPM, do you have a lot of wireless devices? Are you using energywise monitoring on a lot of devices?

You should be able to get a lot of this. On the current state it returns a number, but you can map these number to text values to be displayed. Also you can select which columns to show in the table.
