Are you seeing these on 9.5? If so, please open a support case so we can get them logged and addressed.
-
Specifically, which bullet item from the list?
-
Bryan, do you have a support case open about this?
-
Hey all, we are aware of this issue and are actively working it to further diagnose and see what is going on. The Dev team has been working directly with some experiencing this issue to further investigate. Do each of you have support cases open? If so, could you PM me via thwack the case numbers please?

Can you export the data from this chart to a .csv chart data file. It can be obtained by clicking “Edit” button on chart resource and next on “Raw Data” button. Collect these data in case of incorrect response time chart and open support ticket.
-
r0berth1, did you apply the hotfix?
-
Sounds good, looking forward. You can PM me via thwack to setup some time to chat!
-
You can refer them to this thread and reference the buddy drop for the Serv-U SFTP issue and if they are not aware, you can tell them to ping me via email.
-
We saw similar behavior and the team is currently working on what we believe would address the issue and will be able to push the fix to you via your support case once it is ready and we will also look to publish formally for all right after that and we confirm the issue is fixed.

I have added both requests to the list
-
We were not very happy about this either. Reason I point at VMWare is they chose with ESX 4 to quit populating those SNMP values. However, I understand your frustration and desire to get this addressed as soon as possible, you don’t care who is responsible. We did work with them, but by the time we found out about the…

#12 - I will note this in our internal tracking system
-
Both are still open items in our system for future releases For those internally and your records, #1 is 1286 and #2 is 731
-
Regarding #2, not sure if you have seen this thread here Regarding your DHCP setup, if I understand your scenario correctly, we should be able to handle it. I will ping you offline to talk through it further.
-
My response would be two fold 1) We released 1.0.1 back on 6/16 and 1.0 and the end of April and are now working on this release, so we have cranked out a new release every couple/few months. While these two items are the major themes, there are smaller items in here and bug fixes. Based on alot of great feedback from…
-
So we have made a tweak in SP1 which should help with this. You will still see this for interfaces you are managing, but we were also putting events in there for interfaces you were not managing as well and we changed that.
-
Eric, can you be more specific on the fail case. Is the macro parameter working for nodes and not for interfaces, working on some nodes but not others, working sometimes for a node but other times not?
-
Got it, I will get this logged into the system
-
Good feedback, I logged this into our tracking system
-
I would, just want to make sure I was clear, with 9.5 the wireless monitor is EOL and we re-wrote and rolled alot of that functionality into NPM and added controller and thin AP support for Cisco and Aruba. You might want to watch this here for more info, choose the Managing 802.11 networks video
-
#1 - no that won't work, you will hit a slew of issues #2 - It could if you wanted it to be, depends on when you cut stuff over, how much you cut over etc. Might make sense to PM me and talk offline on this #3 - I would engage your DBA
-
OK, we missed a change on our side we needed to make, try again and you should be good to go now. Sorry about that.
-
Do you want this across all hard drives monitored by NPM?
-
Have you upgraded to 9.5? See Tim's comments in his post
-
StealthNet, I am sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues. Please open a ticket so we can look into what is going on. You mention functionality removed from a previous release, can you expand on those items?
-
We also do have an SDK which is mainly focused on reading items out of Orion, if you want to check that out, send me a PM via thwack and I can give you the request form
-
Can you expand? If you have toolset installed you can click on the gauge next to the interface name on the node details to get interface real-time stats
-
Temp, yes that will be the best way. We are actively working with Cisco to get this taken care of and working out of the box.
-
You are correct, IPAM currently does not support view limitations, but this is an open enhancement request
-
Where did you go the walk from, the Orion server? Might be best to open a ticket with support to look into further
