Yea, the link should show as down if the router is down as well. We will log that and look into that
-
It shouldn't be, but anything is possible. I will email you offline to send you the download links.
-
Can you try to set your view to 1. That will include the entire mib tree. That should tell us that it’s the view that’s the issue. We have a a 3750 running 12.2 (50) in the lab working no problem with v3

No, report writer cannot be run remotely, only network atlas can with 9.5. Do you care if they see all reports? Can you restrict with Windows which apps they can see and run?
-
This should still be applicable
-
I do not know personally, maybe other in the community can chime in here if they have done something similar.

jkennedy, agree, my post was not meant to be a fix, but more of another potential option customers have used to help them, especially on the DB side when you are sending a decent amount of Syslog. We are looking at how to make performance better on the web console. We have ID's a few potential areas we can add some…
-
What are the use cases you are looking to support in your Syslog needs? If you need to store a long period of time worth of Syslog data, I typically recommend using Kiwi to store large amounts of messages and then forward onto Orion for alerting and only keep in Orion for 30 days.

See here

So in the web, if you go to Admin -> Manage Views and select Node Details and click Edit. Do you see Polling Details in that list? If not, click on the plus sign and expand Node Details Report option and check the option for Polling Details
-
Got it
-
What else would you like to add so we can mark it down and log it to add
-
Did you get resolution to this?
-
Best bet is a support ticket at this point in time
-
See this post for more info
-
There are bug fixes, but they are around this area. I don't know the specifics of your issue, there is always a chance it could be fixed by some of the changes we did. However, I cannot say for certain without more info.
-
Do you happen to have more than 1 Network Atlas instance running on the box?
-
I will ping you offline to look into further, it depends of that data is exposed via SNMP or not.
-
For controllers we have an XML file on the back end we need to update to get them to poll properly, if they are thick/older AP's as long as they support the 802dot11 MIB they should work
-
I am going to have an SE reach out to you to assist
-
#2, this is common, typically customers create custom icons to better reflect the device state so as to not have to reply on color
-
OK and just curious if you resize the tool a bit larger, does that fix the issue or does it remain?
-
Quickest method I can think of would be to look here The day we release them I post them to the forum here, so the dates should line up
-
OK, this is a known defect where the CPU values was incorrect for WMI monitors when the machine had multiple cores. We handled multiple CPUs but the multiple cores were reported differently.
-
Has an SE reached out to you yet?
-
Similar issue here, only the checkboxes to acknowledge alerts are grayed out. Clicking on "Select All" does absolutely nothing. It's the same whether you're directly on the server or not. Are you using an Admin account? Does your account have permission to do this?
-
One other thing, do you have a box with a newer OS to install on. We do not formally support Windows 2000 anymore with the most recent version
-
In the upper right hand corner of the web console there should be an export to PDF button you can use to export that view/page to PDF.
-
No, something goofy is going on here, can you please open a support ticket on this please?

You do have to manually take action to let additional webservers know about new custom property definitions. You can either copy the OrionReportWriter.cfg/.schema files manually or run Custom Property Editor on each additional webserver and invoke the “Update Report Schemas” command in the menu…
