I am currently looking into this and will circle back shortly. Can you elaborate or send me a note offline on how you would intend to use this commercially?
-
HCO Essentials is the route to go here. You can also check out the online demo Edit Application Template - Web Link (solarwinds.com)
-
Did you happen by any chance to open a support ticket on this to investigate, etc.?
-
Did you open a support ticket by any chance? I will send this to folks internally so we can get a defect opened up if needed.
-
Sounds like this may be a regression bug then if worked in previous release and not there. Check 2023.1.1 SR that we recently released, I recall a defect we fixed there that may address this issue.

You may want to try this community template out - (+) RuggedCom - Device Templates - Network Configuration Manager - THWACK (solarwinds.com). I don't believe we have this device in the lab, but ping me if you still encounter issues or go back to your sales rep.

We do leverage a third party component here - SSH component (C#, VB.NET) for .NET, SSH library, Rlogin and Telnet component for .NET (VB.NET, C#) (weonlydo.com). Send me the details and ciphers you are having issues with and I can look into further.
-
I would recommend a support ticket to investigate further as hard to tell from just the above description.
-
Not in the Change Template itself, you could look into creating a scheduled job and see if that provides you additional options or flexibility you are looking for.
-
We have an open enhancement for larger PerfStack projects to increase top end performance to handle these larger projects.

I would recommend a support ticket here to investigate further.

It appears these devices do support SNMP - Configuring Snmp - AsGa LightDrive Series User Manual [Page 40] | ManualsLib, have you tried to add one of those devices to the product and see what happens? If yes, what results did you get back?
-
If after attempting these tweaks you are not getting what you want, let me know and we can look into further and if needed open an enhancement request if that hardware detail is contained in a different, non-standard MIB.
-
I don't believe this is an option in world maps, but using Network Atlas, you should be able to accomplish similar.
-
Take a look at the enhanced support we have added SolarWinds Hybrid Cloud Observability Demo | SolarWinds Demo - SD-WAN Orchestrator Details - SD-WAN Orchestrator Summary - VC Orchestrator and if there are metrics or attributed missing, please let us know. You can also look to leverage the UnDP or API Poller if something…
-
We have added broader support, but if something missing, etc. please let us know so we can look to further enhance our support in a future release. You can see how this looks in the online demo here - SolarWinds Hybrid Cloud Observability Demo | SolarWinds Demo - SD-WAN Orchestrator Details - SD-WAN Orchestrator Summary -…

Can you ping me offline so we can dig into this further, we made some changes recently that should have addressed this, but there may still be some issues. You can DM me or brandon.shopp@solarwinds.com.
-
Can you elaborate? Do any of these maps align with what you want to do? Maps (solarwinds.com). You may also want to look at Network Atlas utility to create maps as well if Orion Maps doesn't give you what you need. Network Atlas is the existing mapping utility and over time will be replace by Orion Maps.
-
For the alerts you want to trigger for, you will want to edit those alert definitions and define a trigger action
-
I would go to the latest and if still encountering issues, please open a support ticket for further and deeper analysis and investigation.

Bruce, let's go ahead and open a ticket with support. I exchanged notes with engineering on this item and they indicated the following. BGP info is stored in table dbo.NetPath_Networks and cache. BGP table contains the autonomous system the node belongs to, the network address block, and the contact information associated…
-
Chatted with Architecture, try this - SELECT TOP 1000 PollerID, PollerType, NetObject, NetObjectType, NetObjectID, Enabled FROM Orion.Pollers WHERE PollerType LIKE '%BGP%'
-
I would recommend a support ticket here.
-
Shouldn't be, see here - Monitor SNMP traps (solarwinds.com). Per that page, * When you use SNMPv3 for polling a device and receive traps from it, confirm that the same authentication type (auth, noauth, or priv) is configured for both polling and traps.
-
I would actually look at Hybrid Cloud Observability as that can be run and hosted on-premises. SolarWinds Hybrid Cloud Observability | SolarWinds

Please open a support ticket so we can track and get resolved.

Have you run an inventory job against those nodes? If supported, we should pull the serial numbers with that job.
