Fundamentally we are on the same page. This is something we have on our list of things we want to make user manageable. But as you can imagine, our list is quite large of things we want to do, so just a matter of time and priority.

There certainly is, we recognize this is a pain and needs to be addressed.

So on the first item regarding clients, this is something we have on our list to re-introduce into the product in the future. Regarding the migration item, please open a support ticket to investigate further.

Check with support, they have a hotfix for 9.5.1 for some polling issues which may fix the interface unknown issues you are seeing
