What version are you on and specifically what issue are you seeing?
-
What is the current SP you are on? If you look at the footer of the web console you should see it. The current SP for 9.5 is SP5
-
Sorry, I should have been more clear in my previous post, when I said planning for next release I was not referring to 1.0.1, so I apologize if that was mis-leading. 1.0.1 was focused on addressing the licensing tweak and critical defects. I have your item documented and we are listening and looking into addressing it.…

Upgrade to the 10 RC which should be in your customer portal would be my recommendation
-
We are about 2/3 of the way through the regression testing, so not quite ready yet but getting closer. No date I want to share yet until we are a bit closer and confident.
-
Simon, Let me first introduce myself, I will be taking over Product Management duties for ipMonitor from Chris. He is not leaving the company, so he will still be around on Thwack and in the Solarwinds communnity. I am sorry to hear of your frustrations and I will address each item in order below based on your post. 1. Our…

I would recommend upgrading to SP5 then to see if that clears up the problem
-
The UI as I last saw was a check-box to turn off SSLv3 and SSLv2.
-
OK, this is good data, thank you, we will look at this again and see what is up
-
I have talked to the support team, you should be getting contacted soon
-
Are you on the latest and greatest NPM? We made some tweaks in one of the service releases for 10.1 that made this better.
-
Fundamentally we are on the same page. This is something we have on our list of things we want to make user manageable. But as you can imagine, our list is quite large of things we want to do, so just a matter of time and priority.
-
I got these logged into the system, thanks
-
hocmk, this ticket is currently closed. So can you describe what you are still seeing? most users that have encountered this issue have been resolved with the SP's however if there is still an issue lingering around, please open a new support case
-
You can find and download from here

It's not a matter of being that hard, it more a matter of they are two different code bases and having to maintain them both. If we have to maintain them both, then we spend less time on other new enhancements, features and bugs. That is why I was probing with some of my questions in previous posts. If there are usability…

Did you see this here
-
jkgraham, good feedback. If you do not want to scan the whole subnet, you can delete out the addresses you are not concerned about and they will not be scanned and will not count on the license. See above in thread on that more. Do you have other scans currently running on the system? If you have other scans going and hit…

Nothing I can commit to, we have it in the system and work through new features/enhancements and defect as quick as we can
-
There certainly is, we recognize this is a pain and needs to be addressed.
-
So on the first item regarding clients, this is something we have on our list to re-introduce into the product in the future. Regarding the migration item, please open a support ticket to investigate further.
-
Are you on 9.5.1 or what version? You may also want to open a support ticket
-
Check out this thread here and see if this help any
-
Check with support, they have a hotfix for 9.5.1 for some polling issues which may fix the interface unknown issues you are seeing
-
I just wanted to post an update here, for those still seeing issues, thank you for opening tickets and posting diagnostics. We have been working with many of ya'll on thwack and via support and as indicated by the posts here the hotfix does not fix all of the issues some of you are experiencing and we are working on…
-
No reason at all to apologize. This is exactly the type of feedback I want, the good, bad and ugly. I am looking into your case now.
-
The last post on this thread is from 2007, so this is quite old. If you are having a product issue you may want to start a new thread and describe what you are seeing and what is going on.
-
There is no formal published list, however, if you look on thwack and search here, this is where we get a ton of our feature ideas and thoughts from ya'll.
-
Have you seen this thread, Tim wrote up some great items to help out
