Do you have to use a proxy to get to the web from the Orion server?
-
Did you change the names of the map titles?
-
Is this a new installation or existing install? Does discovery say that any devices were found? My first instinct jumps to firewall or something blocking our SNMP/WMI scans. Can you manually add a device ok?
-
Is there anything in the Windows Events Logs indicating any errors?
-
This is the trap grooming, which currently runs every minute. How many traps/minute are you receiving?
-
Can you see any diagnostic as to why it will not respond to Orion on the box itself? Can you ping from the command line on the Orion server ok?
-
Yes, this is a known issue we already have filed in the system we are looking into
-
You are correct, we currently do not support TLS
-
You can restart services, I don't think causes any hard. Your poller is pretty maxed out though, just an FYI
-
Quickest bet is to open a support case? Did you or do you have the Netflow module installed? Also you can look at rerunning the configuration wizard and reupdating the website
-
I don't believe so, unless you go in there and modify aspx code yourself
-
I am guessing this device does not support the IF-MIB and most likely some proprietary implementation for interface information. Easy way to check is to do a MIB walk of the device or try and walk the IF-MIB to see if you get any results.

So if i understand your question right, the answer is no. You can move the map to another column, but you cannot have a resource span two columns and be centered

Fin, We do have a set of API's we do publish today. See here on where to download and for more information on it. Let me know what other questions you have.
-
I just did a quick google search on this, have you seen this
-
Is there a corresponding SysobjectID for each model? If yes, we can update the Discovery MIB DB to be more accurate.
-
I would recommend a support ticket to investigate deeper.
-
Good feedback and agree, this use case makes complete sense
-
I would open a support ticket

They mean: * Not triggered * Trigger condition met but waiting for the sustain interval to elapse * Fully triggered
-
Not today, we have an open enhancement request in for this. You can put an href in a custom property and it looks like a link on the website, but it gets munged up in serving it.
-
Have you see the following KB article?
-
We get that directly from the switch, there is no threshold defined for this in Orion. We are just reporting back what the switch has told us
-
This is what we typically use, do a MIB walk and let us know what you see OID = ifAlias 1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.18. OID = ifName1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.1. 32bit Counter based OID = ifInOctets 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10. OID = ifInUcastPkts1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.11. OID = ifInNUcastPkts1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.12. OID =…

Yes, some of the modules have not updated to leverage the new job engine and use the old one
-
If ya'll are running 9.5 SP4/SP5 or 9.5.1 please open a support ticket on this so we can further investigate what is going on
-
See this post for more info here Also, are you utilizing CBQoS? Also you said you set this here?
-
What are you using this for? Running a report is a much better option for specific items, and database backups are a better policy for general data recovery practices. This feature was originally intended to create a file that could be used to view Orion on the web—before it had a web console

We have not formally tested on Japanese OS
