The files you are copying are for the schema of the custom properties.
-
We already have an open defect on this, so I will just append you to it. While it seems like it should be something trivial to change, the fact is the bug is in the third party control we use. We are working to address and fix this.
-
Under normal circumstances I don't believe it should need a reboot
-
Is this the same thread you have going on here?
-
I would recommend a support ticket on this one
-
Sorry for delay, I am checking into.
-
Can you elaborate, which issue?
-
On the second item, in 9.5 Network Atlas you can use the group by control and group by custom properties. Let me double check, but I don't believe that was available in 9.1 Map Maker.
-
Maps can have sub-maps. So if you want to go by location, create a new map for say Austin. Add the nodes which belong to Austin to the map. On the top level map, say it is of the US. Add the above created Austin map to this map. Another option is to use the new feature in 10.1 for Dynamic Service Groups and add that group…

What version and SP of Orion are you running?
-
I checked with R&D and we are we are updating the MIB DB based on the need. Whenever a new MIB file compile request comes in, we compile it and then package and distribute. Do you have the ticket number so we can check and find what happened to your request.
-
Your request has been logged, not in the next release, but we will consider for a future revision.

We have an option to reset password only after logging into web access. From Kiwi Syslog Server Console we don’t have option to change password of administrator. Here is the workaround. Re-install web access from the application folder(Run the Kiwi web access setup file from C:\Program Files (x86)\Syslogd\Setup) and set…

Since you are evaluating, I am going to have one of our Systems Engineers reach out to you to assist.
-
I will email you offline and assist you on this.
-
Not currently, only IPv4. Are you running pure IPv6 or dual stack?
-
What version are you currently running?
-
In what version are you trying to do this? In 10 we made some enhancements to this
-
So you want more granular control of polling intervals for various devices? Device A poll at X and Device B poll at interval of Y?
-
I believe this is a defect we are aware of and looking at, if you look at the Win32 Trap Viewer, all traps show up correct?
-
Hard to diagnose DB online, best bet is going to be a support ticket
-
If NPM can see it and it has SNMP access, the 1240 is a thick/autonomous AP right? Can you confirm if it supports the 802.11 MIB?
-
Bryron, Thank you for the congrats first off, we are excited as well to welcome them to the family! Not sure if you have had a chance to check out the solarwinds.com website recently, but one of the big changes you will notice is the navigation and how we have broken it into functional areas which is directed at what ever…
-
Hmmm, have you added a few more thin AP's recently or always been at 31?
-
Apologies for the delayed response. If you are a customer the fastest route will always be calling the support line. What troubleshooting steps have you done up to this point? As the error indicates it appears we attempt to login to outlook.admirationfoods.com but are getting invalid username or password. Can you login…

We show the client history for an AP, but not probably over time like you are looking for. You might look at a UnDP to gather and show this data, just a thought, but something I can see as valuable and will add to our system to look to add to the product in the future
-
We don't use CDP/LLDP, check out this article and see it it helps out any. Also if you are a customer, see here, we are in beta on vNext and enhancing our topology data.
-
Unfortunantly we do not support bit fields at this time.
-
We have this already logged as an enhancement, I will append you both to this request
-
Can you expand upon a scenario in how you would envision this working? I would also recommend putting an idea up in the enhancement section on the WHD forum and seeing what other users think about this idea as well.
