Thanks for the feedback, I have got it logged in the system

I am going to have an SE reach out to you to see if they can assist in guiding you, but in general I would recommend one of two potential paths depending on what makes sense for your organization. 1. If you wish to keep a single main Orion, then you need to add additional pollers to scale out and distribute the load. We…

Sorry for the delay, so you have EW enabled on any ports or just the chassis?
-
What version are you on? If you are monitoring the volume memory, that it what should show on the gauge. In the next version we are breaking out CPU memory by processor, but currently we average all the CPU's together, which may be why you are seeing that number.

If none of the items Mark references work, then please open a support ticket
-
We use port 80
-
We have not specifically tested against it yet, however, it should be fine to use SP3
-
Have you looked at and upgraded to 10.0, we added some L2 automated topology mapping in 10.
-
Interesting, I would recommend to upgrade to 10.1.1 and if this issue still persists then open a support case to investigate.

You are read more about encryption here, but within the MRC program, no credentials, nor any of the other session negotiation information is sent over in Clear Text. It's all encrypted. You also have additional options of encrypting general data, graphics, and file transfers. Click on the Settings button for your Host…

This should appear on the on the ESX server page, see here as an example. Are you not seeing this?
-
It is not a lot, what type of event volume do you have?
-
Are you using SQL Express as the database? Do you have any other modules installed besides NPM?
-
When you last signed up for new maintenance, did you get a new key? The product looks at the maintenance date in the license key and we do see where people don't update the license, so the new date is not reflected.
-
No, the production install does not come with SQL express. You should be able to go and download it from Microsoft though. How many nodes and netflow sources are you going to have and how long till you get the new hardware? My concern is Express has a 4GB limit on size and that could fill up.
-
You need to enable SNMP on them, here is a method to do it in bulk
-
Do you currently own WCS? Do you have other wireless vendors in your environment? Orion will cover off the monitoring use cases and putting in a single view with you wired infrastructure. WCS will help you with the more advanced use cases for wireless monitoring like heat maps.
-
We fixed some mapping issues in SP1 and are still fixing a few. Till we get the next SP out, if you see the error again, just do what you did when you saw it this time
-
Go into the web console and choose Admin -> Manage Nodes, check the nodes you wish to Rediscovery and in the top bar select More Actions -> Rediscover
-
Interesting, haven't heard this one from anyone yet, I will look into it
-
It should be consistent, I will look at it and if required, file the appropriate defect
-
I think you got the best way to do this, we are working on some new functionality here that may interest you, see here
-
One thing you could do is filter on the Event message for that interface. Example, open the out of the box Triggered Alerts Last 30 Days and in the filter result tab add a new condition for where Event Message contains the interface name you are looking for and add another condition to filter on the node name.
-
This is driven by customer demand. We are adding Meru support in the next version of Orion, but I have not heard a lot of requests for Xirrus. Can you not use UnDP's to pull that additional data today?
-
151 UnDP's shouldn't be a problem. How many total elements do you have? Also I would recommend upgrading to a newer version. 10.1 was recently released.
-
No you cannot install a second version or instance of a poller on the same box as an existing additional poller. Since the services already exist etc. if you tried to install it would tell you it already exists.

Can you please open a support ticket so we can investigate and see what is going on

What if you try this. I highlighted all the items on the map and under edit select one of the items under AutoArrange, it make the grouping better and readable
