If you are a customer, you can open a support ticket with the MIB you want updated and indicate it is for Kiwi and they will update the DB. If you are evaluating, let me know and I can contact you offline to get the info.

I would open a ticket with support and include diagnostics

With NPM 10.1 if you leverage Active Directory you get some basic auditing with AD, but Orion does not currently provide audit trails, this is something on our list to add in a future rev.
-
Can you create a new folder on the file system called userA and copy that report into that folder and under their account give them access to that folder and give them access to click on reports in the menu nav bar in Orion?
-
We are working with the Nexus team at Cisco on compatibility with Orion. Regarding DCNM, there is no native integration to speak of. What are you looking to do with an integration? What is DCNM monitoring that Orion is not you are interested in?
-
You are correct, ensure SNMP is turned on the Windows server and we have the correct community strings to gather node details about the box
-
You will need to contact support in order to get access to older versions. Make sure when you upgraded NCM, you also upgraded the NPM Integration plugin as well.
-
We are looking at this, but not simple. Main reason is that group can be built on one or more dynamic filters which would need to run at execution time.
-
What browser and browser version?
-
Have you read this here?
-
Yes, since you are upgrading, please go directly to 9.1 SP3
-
Via discovery (network sonar), if you have the check for ESX checkbox checked then for each IP in the range we check if it responds to the VMWare API. If via add node, there is a checkbox there as well for poll for VMWare and we then poll the VMWare servers. If you add or we find a vSphere server, we gather the ESX servers…

Pre SP4 what was being counted against the license and was a bug was for the thin AP associated to the controller, for each thin AP channel, a virtual interface was being automatically created in NPM. So if you had a a/b/g thin AP, that was counted as three interfaces. So we fixed that bug in SP4. A license get's counted…

Matt I assume you are sorting based on a column header in a subnet?
-
If you have NPM and you need an additional poller, you would need to purchase it, see here for more info
-
Can you send me or post the filter query you are using
-
With NPM 10.1 we support direct integration with AD and support for AD Groups. That would help you out a ton here
-
Good feedback, thanks for posting. Also check out this for more info as well.
-
How did you have this external website filtering the url in 8.5? Some kind of URL rewriting filter?
-
Please open a case with Support to resolve this issue
-
Wow, this is awesome feedback! #1 - this is an enhancement we have in the system already around the ability to define a subnet policy or template where these IP's are for static server, these are for DHCP etc. #2 - Yep agree, another item we already have in the system to enhance #3 - Same here, we have heard this from alot…
-
I haven't heard or seen this from other, can you describe your environment a bit further. What type of connections are the remote users on? I would also recommend a support ticket and we can dig into deeper as well.
-
Any additional info you can provide? I will have the dev team give me some feedback.
-
Good feedback, I will log that into the system. Do you envision this being more a read-only type UI element/report or something you could interact with?
-
Check out my latest post here and see those links and if those might help you
-
Which report are you trying to edit? Have you opened the existing report and in the report designer view, you can select the "Time Frame" tab and select the third radio button for start and end date.
-
Are you running the new Log Forwarder or the old one? Can you open a support ticket on this?
-
I don't believe we support this scenario at this time, great use case though and added internally here for tracking.
-
Besides cost why would it better to use mySql? You still have to manage it just like MSSQL
-
Yes, this is a known defect we have defined in our system.
