You would most likely have to create this with custom SQL
-
You can open a support ticket and upload the MIB and we will release an updated MIB DB or you can also just copy the OID number into the UnDP app and it will still poll that OID, but won't show the MIB in the MIB tree.
-
Have not heard or seen this report from anyone else. You may want to try re-running the configuration wizard and select the website. If that does not work, then please open a support ticket.
-
The doc is being fixed, with SAM 6.6 it is PS 2.0 and above.
-
Hmm ok, I will log a bug against this and have the team check it out. Is it just mis-leading or is it blocking any functionality for you?
-
If you have NPM on the same server and the NPM syslog service is running then yes cause it would end up using that port.
-
I am running 9.1 SP3 here in my local environment and I have no problems unmanaging nodes. if you could do this before the upgrade with your account and after you no longer can, I would recommend opening a support ticket to troubleshoot
-
No, this is not possible today to extend the Ack URL
-
So is it showing up as unknown in NPM and you want to fix that or what exactly are you wanting to do?
-
Open to ideas on this one from the community, but right now I think you will have to update them manually in regards to discovering new ones. In another post regarding ESX4, not sure if you have seen it or not, we used to use SNMP to gather VM and Guest stats, but with 4, they no longer support populating their MIB's, so…

Yes, use the Linked Background feature within Network Atlas and this will give you pretty close to Live.
-
Check this out here and see if this answers your question
-
No, this is currently not possible today. What are you looking to pull into EOC?
-
We allow these to be published to the Node Details page. If you want to publish a tabular UnDP, here is a method to accomplish this if you want to show a tabular device poller on Network Summary page * In UnDP right click on the Defined Poller and select Web Display * Select Tables under the Node Details and click ok * In…

Other can comment if they know a hack, but from the product side there is no way to do more than 25. It used to be 10 until I expanded it to 25. Just curious, how many would you envision having?
-
I am unable to see the picture, can you please re-post it?
-
I will let others comment regarding the SQL upgrade part of your question, but regarding NPM SP3, it is up to you to apply before or after, no difference either way
-
You can create a UnDP to display and chart them, see here for more info. Beyond that, what other issues are there?
-
Not anytime soon in NPM. What types of metric and stats are you looking for?
-
What other functions? What are you attempting to do with these functions?
-
What feeds are you interested in pulling in?
-
Peter, Thanks for the post. We have talked about many of these items across various threads, but it is good to centralize them and get other people to weigh in. #1 - we for sure have this on the list with a bunch of other feedback we have gotten on the UnDP #2 - I would be interested to hear feedback from the community on…

The only method to handle this today is to add each node to an individual polling engine or for each IP to be unique and have the edge device do the translation to the internal IP
-
Do you have ipMonitor installed and running on your machine? Can you give more information on exactly what you are trying to do and accomplish
-
One more point I got from Thomas, our Serv-U guru. If you use the “IP Auto Added to Access Rules” event you’ll only generate one event – the one where the IP was auto-blocked, if you are using brute force protection (in “Global | Server Limits & Settings | Settings”)
-
This is an open enhancement request, see here and vote for it.
-
Good catch I will file a defect
-
Status is 1 per element.Statistics pollers have more than one element. For example, Interface Errors and Interface traffic. CPU/Memory is another. Response Time is another, and Volumes have their own.
-
We are actively looking at this now to understand impact and next steps. Once we have I will post, but don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.
-
Did you have a case with support? Let me send this over to dev to look into, it should be pretty straightforward.
