Most of our devices block this type of behavior so my only option is to do UDP non-echo. Wish there was another client I could just quickly put on the other side but that is ok. Thanks for the answer.

You shouldn't lose historical data by changing the IP address. If you are in Node Management, select a device and click "Edit Properties". Update the IP address field, hit submit and that should be it. I don't lose historical data when I do this.
