Can you enable capture mode (File\Enable capture mode), remove sensitive information, and post the debug file that is located in your \CatTools3\Debug folder?
-
There is not a way to export the configurations. IpMonitor stores the configurations in xml file, and SAM stores them in a SQL database.
-
I should, depending on the firmware version. Can you connect via Putty, and the post a screenshot of the prompts?
-
There is no direct upgrade path due to the difference between how data is store in ipMonitor vs SAM. You can export a list of nodes in ipMonitor, and discover them in SAM.
-
What is the command that you use to see the config from a command line? It appears that sh all is incorrect.
-
You can edit the device , and use the Variations option. Go to the Additional Commands tab, check the Show Running Config box, and enter the correct command.
-
You can check to see what is listening on TCP (port 1468) and Secure TCP (port 6514). You can use following commands: netstat -ao > C:\netstat.txt tasklist > C:\tasklist.txt This will let you see what is listening an which ports.

If you back up from the cli on the device, how long does it take to send the file over?
-
What command do you use to log out of this device? We are sending "exit".
-
I would enable debug (File\Enable capture mode), and this will create a file in the \CatTools3\Debug folder showing verbose communication.
