@"joeybrown" - Are there any plans for improving the Computers or Solutions modules? Simple automation such as setting the asset to Inactive if it hasn't checked-in for over 30 days would be great. You and I spoke briefly about this last year, however I don't see these referenced above.

From speaking with a few Product managers, I believe a full revamp of Computers is in the works. My understanding is that the newer features which SolarWinds are releasing for Service Desk are not 100% inter-compatible with the older items. I don't know about anyone else, the chat option rarely opens when I click on it. I end up having to close my browser and clear cache to have it appear. Wondering if anyone else has this problem?

+1... we've got custom barcodes that we manually add to the asset tag variable of the computer asset. Would be good to be able to scan that directly rather than having to print another QR code

I asked my account manager the same thing- he advised that the SWSD support team can revert this change for your site if you ask them. I believe this was rolled out because SPAM filters were checking the link first as users selected it and then voiding the link as being "Used".

I personally would like to see the Changes exposed to this connector. I don't personally see howe the audit or service catalog will be helpful to anyone in a PowerBI Dashboard...

I also added another condition just to scope it down to one owner. The automation is still not running... To confirm should I be using the normal…
