It does not, but you can use plugins like Dark Reader to give your PerfStack a dark theme.

1. How do we handle deactivation/reactivation of product licenses using this method? The official docs always refer to releasing licenses before standing up the replacement server. Is that necessary with this method? Is this automatically taken care ? Deactivation/Reactivation is not necessary using this method. 2. What if…

Correct. SAM 5.5 allows you to disable these types of events.

Yes, this appears to be what's occurring.

You should have received an email containing information on where to download the SAM 6.3 beta. If you have not receive that email please let us know.

Given Windows 2012 is likely the last version of Windows to support SNMP I don't believe this would be prudent. Dell will likely need to expand their WMI support to include storage information as HP and IBM have done already.

It sure will, provided you actively participate.

This seems very odd, and your case notes are sparse on details. I'll try and dig in and try to reproduce myself. Out of curiosity, what lead you to disabling TLS 1.0/1.1 as being the cause?
-
As stated above, NPM v11 includes 10 Server Packet Analysis Sensors (SPAS) or free. Additional SPAS licenses must be licensed.
-
If the component has been "disabled" in the application then it shouldn't appear at all in any context until/unless it's reenabled either in the application template, or the assigned application. Is it possible you're seeing this when the application is unmanaged, not disabled?

Orion is not available as a SaaS, but we have lots of customers that run it in the cloud on IaaS using things like Amazon EC2 or Azure VM. The harsh reality is that cloud native tools are by their very nature, incredibly immature. It will be many years (if ever) before they're anywhere close to doing what Orion can do…

There is no requirement to monitor the volume. Simply click 'List Resources' and uncheck the volume. This will reclaim a license also vs. unmanaging the volume.

rarko wrote: Hi, if I use this method without plan to keep/purchase High Availability, will the "High Availability license expired" show up in the banner and license manager? Or will it be gone once the HA disabled per last step? Thank you The evaluation banner will disappear once HA is expired. Also note that the…

The template assignment wizard is generic and has no understanding of which component monitor types exist within the application template you assigned. You would still encounter this screen even if your application template consists solely of TCP Port Monitors, which also have no authentication/credentials.

What type of NPM/NTA integration are you referring to specifically?

You will need to follow the steps outlined in the following KB article. Orion Platform encounters issues after disabling TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support

What are the make/model of the devices/servers being monitored by SAM? Has Asset Inventory been enabled on those nodes? Lastly, what is the node polling method being used for these servers? (WMI/SNMP)

As stated in the NPM 'What we're working on' post, we are actively working to develop a new disaster recovery solution for Orion. In the interim, there have been several customers who have been successful utilizing HA in a multi-subnet configuration. SolarWinds High Availability - HA - In a WAN Environment!!! High…

The blades themselves are monitored independently of the chassis, but the Chassis category does roll up the status of any blades in the chassis that might have issues.

That would be what this open feature request would be related to.

Your support engineer was likely unaware of the defect, but I assure you that it is resolved in NPM 12.2.

No. Storage Resource Monitor (SRM) is not required for this functionality. It's provided as part of the Orion Platform for any module which supports volume polling. E.G. NPM, SAM, etc..

This post pertains to 2019.4 releases. NPM 12.5 runs on Orion Platform 2019.2.

All installed Product Modules must be the same version. It is not possible to upgrade the others, while keeping one module running on an earlier version, as that older module is not compatible with the latest Orion Platform version. You will need to uninstall the module you have chosen not to renew maintenance on to…

We will update this thread once we have something you can try out in your own environment.

After some digging, I found this issue was resolved in Orion Platform 2018.2 included with NPM 12.3 and SAM 6.6.1. What version are you currently running?
