Hello @"bobmarley" , Thanks for your suggestions. I have tried your inputs with certain variables for caption, but it isn't executing it on remote machines, instead as I said earlier, it executes the respective powershell internally on own poller. Not sure why. -Solaiy

Hello @monitoringlife, Yes. Both ports are opened. The servers are in same subnets. So port shouldn't be an issue.

@"dharmbodh", Even we too dealing with the same payloads. May be you can try from ServiceNow with a help of custom business rule. As far as I know, these are the messages you will get like "Orion alert has been re-activated", "Orion alert has been resolved" kind of stuffs on work-notes. Regards, Solaiy.

Hi @"ray_omp", Just go with default values at first. Both Snow API & SolarWinds are purely intended towards default values. I mean the index values on the ServiceNow. Also, you need to update the index values on Snow as in SolarWinds. Regards, Solaiy.
