Sounds like SW is not parsing the information correctly or the vendor is not publishing the information correctly. You would need to back up your DB first and foremost. If you had to restore, you would need to restore the DB as well as install the versions of Orion SW installed when you took the backup. You are usually fine with just a minor release or a major release, but if you wait too long, other applications you own may then require you to jump through the versions to get it all to the latest.
