I agree and I do feel like the virtual SWUG is just a easy way to cut costs which only makes it feel like a prelude of things to come now that SW has been brought out by a equity firm which often are more focused on short term profits than long term engagement

Agree we have a lot of Aruba access layer switches and Cisco switches we can see stacking members easily Aruba there is no support it's cause of this omission that we are considering to moving away from SW

It may be the best but if my workplace and it's UK higher education is going to get gorged we would rather have second best. SW if they dont figure this out and quickly a lot of customers will feel the same

I'm from the UK so no good to me but London is an option absed on the looks

It's policy at mine to have a snapshot of all SW servers before upgrades as we have had issues with upgrading if the user didn't backup or have a test system to confirm upgrade was fine no offence but that's on his workplace and him 

I have had a decent experience so far but I know that recently SolarWinds was brought out by a centre capital firm "Turn/River Capital" and in my experience when firms are purchased by these firms the service quality goes downhill and often quickly as these firms are more focused on making short term profits than long term…

I did follow that guidance and it removed the 31016: Authorization Error - User does not have rights to requested MIBs errors when I ran the UDT checker but the info still is not showing
