The exams are all $200 even for the Beta. If you pass in the Beta you get your certification. If you don't pass, you can ask for a free retest. The only difference is that we are collecting feedback from a shorter period of time. Sara

Yes. The Database Management exam is still open for testing.

We open testing for a period of time to collect comments from candidates and then make adjustments as needed. It is the same process as our regular process, just a shorter period of time. Sara

It takes 3 business days for us to receive results from PSI. We do not work weekends. You should receive an email regarding your results and digital badge in the next day/so. Sara

There are a mixture of questions of varying difficulty level. If you pass the exam, you will receive a digital badge and can print out a certificate. Sara SCP Program Manager

The study guides we provide are in English, as are all of our training courses and videos. You may be able to translate them yourself, however our exams and products are in English as well. Sara SCP Program Manager

SolarWinds does not roll up our SCP exams. Each exam has a 3 year certification period that requires retesting at the end of the certification cycle. This is reflected in the individual SCP badges issued in Credly and by the listed expiration dates. Feel free to reach out with any other questions. Sara SCP Program Manager

We are continuing to work with Credly to get certification IDs on the certificates. It is taking longer than we anticipated. We do not have a timeline for a resolution, however we are actively working on it. Once the issue is resolved, you will be able to download a certificate with your ID on it. Sara SCP Program Manager
