 magic_man, The firewall sounds like it is exactly the problem. You should configure your firewall to allow ICMP and SNMP from the Orion server to the Cisco router and Expands Accelerator.

Install NCM first and then the Integration. That is the order I installed in and the install completed successfully and everything is working fine. I didn't need any additional preparation.

 Has anyone installed and not had problems? I'm ready to upgrade (from 8.1) but I've yet to read anything that said the upgrade went smoothly. Try editing the properties of the "Solarwinds Syslog Service" and changing the "Log on as" information from local system to the credentials you are using when you run the command from the command prompt.

My F5 Big IPs are detected without a problem. What version/SP of Orion NPM are you running? What is your Big IP model and software version? Have you downloaded the latest copy of the MIBs (available in your customer portal)?
