  • Bruce, this can be caused by various reasons. There can be timeout on the GIB interfaces during discovery or they might not answer to the OID. It also can be caused by the device itself. As I suggested above, create support ticked with the wireshark, it will speed up the investigation. thanks, Pavel

  • Hi comunic_ifap, if your old computer is still accessible, then you have to deactivate your old license there first. You will be able to activate it again on the new computer.
