There is an advanced option that needs to be turned on. I can't find it right now but solarwinds support should ensure that is enabled.

I had an issue where I was missing power supplies as well. If the above solution doesn't work you can try changing this setting under Settings > All Settings > Polling Settings and switch this preferred cisco MIB: Switching this found previously missing power supplies.
