Is there any progress on recurring scheduled server maintenance. This is a must for simple things like Windows Updates on servers.

Sorry all for the late reply. I've not started using our supplier and they are dealing with SolarWinds on my behalf. Seems to get things done slightly quicker :)

This has just been resolved. The above was enabled and when my account got locked out due to a VPN crash, the LDAP authentication (Not needed in our environment) Seemed to have locked my account. Turning LDAP authentication off has resolved the authentication issue for my 1 account as all others continued to work anyway.…

Other members of the security group can log in. Very strange. I've opened a support ticket with our supplier and will post the resolution when i get one.

Also seeing the same problems in Deployment Health after a support call last week that upgraded to 2022.3 to try and resolve all the other issues we are having.

My diagnostics tab is also blank nick. So 3 out of the 4 are not displaying. I've restated all services a couple of times with no joy. Also 2 of my polling engines are showing as critical but when you go to the servers they show as all working fine. Does anyone know where we can start to resolve these issues?

WMIT shows connectivity but I'm still getting 100's of event logs as above.

I've now found an alert that identifies "Attempt to use WinRM for Application template polling method" From that i can see the list of Alerts and servers it's failing on. Hope this helps others MarkyB

Next option I can see is searching the sql database for the service account to let me know what the 28 servers are that are still using the account. I can't see a way to search for Windows servers using the account for polling.
