Update. Is there a way to list the node (Entities) that have a Windows Credential assigned to them? I have 28 Assigned entities to the failing Windows credential but am struggling to work out what servers they are. Happy Tuesday

Thanks jvb. I'll open a ticket now.

I'm feeling your pain lol ;-)

This has been very helpful thank you. I have found the 4740 event but the 4625 event on the polling engine has now given me C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SolarWinds\JobEngine.v2\SWJobEngineWorker2.exe so i am now investigating your paragraph 3 VMAN. Funnily enough it was Virtulistation that highlighted the account…

For info I am investigating the same issue on our estate. The WMI service account has started locking from the same polling engine every time.

You beat me to it, thank you. I was just trying AND/OR. Works perfectly thanks again.

Seek and you will find :D It was just a case of changing the view mode. Can I mark myself as a correct answer lol ;)

I'm now thinking this is a restriction on the Cisco not allowing SolarWinds access. Is that a possibility on SNMPv2?

Worked a treat Christopher

Hi Christopher. That explains it Many thanks

HI jm :) I've been using this method for the majority of our sites but when i set up as above with 192.169.1 192.169.2 192.168.3 and so on it returns no nodes. If i remove all but 1 it then works and returns nodes. Head scratching No checking required lol the last octet is 112 to 119 so my /20 was out of the park lol

I have added my self signed cert for the specific port the API is calling on in IIS bindings, that has now resolved the 403 error, still concerned that if any other API's use a different port I will need to keep adding cert's for each port.

Many thanks Stuart. I now have all my devices in a new Vendor

Excellent Stuart Thank

We have devices that I have discovered using ICMP. I can identify the devices from our records, but we have no access to them at all. These are routers that we can not get any SNMP access to. I have over 100 of them and they are all PSBA (Public Sector Broadband Aggregation) I need to get these out of the unknown…
