I do the same thing, I edited the label properties and added the following to get the utlization In: ${InPercentUtil} - Out: ${OutPercentUtil}

We are currently investigating this issue right now, we see this happening to in mutiple interfaces with different types of traffic, from high traffic to low traffic. I am tagging along this as well, As I also have a Avaya setup, from 8700's, 8550's to 8300's with about 1200 handsets. Trying to get the my 4507R Switch to be recongnized but I get the CIsco IP SLA Error, even though I am able to configure the switch with all the right information.

I just did this alert and it works like a charm. I did the custom SQL Script and had the alert working within a few min, I also monitor my APC and Windows Devices, The great thing is I have the alert disapear after 2 hours of up time.
