Advanced Alert for a Cisco Reboot

Question

I brought this subject up about six months ago, but the only resolution involved custom programing with the SQL data base (which I didn't feel comfortable with).  I was wondering if anyone came up with a more straight forward solution.

Problem:  I want to configure an advance alert to send an email when a monitored Cisco switch or router reboots.  Its simple in the basic alerts... but I need some of the features of the advance alerts (such as a pattern to the device name so I don't have to remember to add every new device to this alert).

Can anyone assist?

Here's the actual trigger (posted by KBASH).

I just did this alert and it works like a charm.

I did the custom SQL Script and had the alert working within a few min, I also monitor my APC and Windows Devices, The great thing is  I have the alert disapear after 2 hours of up time.
