For what it is was worth I went and removed the files and redownloaded the files again and installed them... Guess what!!!! It now works!!!! I want to thank you for your help, all I can say if this happens to someone else, delete and download the files again. (worked for me)

We only have about 5 network people... who have different views. But this feature I am trtying to do is for our field lan, remote office staff which is 136 People, they are the ones that need the ability to update. Would it be possible to use another pararmeter to do the checking? or remove that part completly?

I had the same issue, all was resolved when i rebooted the web server. I had tried everything but was not able to get the resolution higher then 16bit, until a reboot.

:( Well I have about 100 people that need to have the update field and the rotate frequently, so administrating the account is a pain. any other suggestion? I can grant everyone permission to update but do not want to allow them to customize. Any other way anyone can thing of doing this?

I am having the same issue, I have opened a case about this. I would check to see if it is realy polling or just showing you the last value polled. I can poll a certain amout of deives and everything works, once I add that last one, it shows "NO DATA" but the other still seem like they are polling but in fact the have also…

I am running 8.5.1 but I have left the service restarting cause I had one instance where it did not trigger. I am also having issues with the custom pollers.

Is there any way to get the reports to show up without having to download the files everyday? We only download the files when there is a change.

Exactly. In 2008, our goal is to collect Avaya specific phone/VoIP data that is available via SNMP. All IP SLA data will still be collected by the Cisco routers. I have only been able to change the names on the vendors/other tables on NON SNMP Devices, every time I tried making a change to anything with snmp it reverts back to what it picks up via snmp.

I have the same issue, so what I did was just create a job to restart the service everyday, since I have been doing that I have had no issue with the alerting engine.

I have been back and forth few times with support on this, I have sent off the diagnostics file to them and now just waiting to hear what they have to say. Once I do I will update you on the fix.

Never got a real answer on that from support. I have 2 pollers and it does not matter which one I use.. I can add ~ 1 csutom poll to 20 different devices or approx 20 to one device I get the same behavior, it just stops polling does not error out nothing in event log. That would be great, except my Custom Poller does not work either as it stops collecting data, I already have a support ticket open for this, but there is no fix for it.

Ok... I got it removed, just changed the icon to a blank one and bingo, it no longer visable.

I am not using any extension on Firefox... If you do about:config in firefox and find the line network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris you can add the domain/url that you want to add for passthrough authentication
