Maybe your friend should talk to with a Support Manager, Customer Success Manager or their SolarWinds Account manager to highlight the issue. They can also ask for the cases to be escalated up the support pipe.

Something that I feel is missing is the monthly missions. Hopefully with the store back up and running they will be making a come back again soon?? Another thing that I feel could do with a tweak is the content exchange, I use to love going there seeing what new stuff people have come up with but, the layout of it now…

At present I have added a Custom Property on the node to update when a device is put into maintenance mode.
