I have just verified the store is down. Have opened ticket with vendor to correct the issue. Will get it fix asap. Thanks for reporting this.

If you are having point issues send me a DM and will see what i can do. Once the new missions system is completed we will be able to batch load points gained from events. But if there is points missing let me know and we will get it sorted.

Agree cache issue, hold shift and reload the page fixes alot of things. Another part of the log in is the will only keep you logged in to the store for 24hrs.

I agree the 2fa to be annoying as well but understand the need for security around PIN info these days.good news is there seams to be support for THWACK and bringing back programs like the swug and THWACK camp. More fun stuff to come.

Could not agree with you more. The daily mission are the top priority for the dev team right now. I will start posting regular update on there return as they are super important to the community . As for the Content Exchange I hear you on that as well we have the design and dev looking at other display options for the KB…

@yellowtj I am working on the the 2026 plan and Local events in Austin and other citys is coming for sure. Think we are going to see if we can find MVPs that could host SWUGs they would get special badge as SWUG host worth bunch of points as well.

I still have the spreadsheet with everyones points it just our bulk point uploader tool was broken on the back end. we are working to restore this functionality along with the store and mission. Same external tool controled all this and is currently offline.

You can now see your points at the top of your profile, and when you click your avatar, the profile card will highlight your points as well.
