Hello @ewattnem You can check Kiwi Syslog NG platform logs from C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\KiwiSyslogService\logs. For authentication: DOMAIN\username should be valid in AD scenarios user@domain may also work if one format fails, test the other Thank you!
