We are using Pingdom Real User Monitoring as a KPI but we would like to gather this information only for commercial working hours (7 a.m to 2 a.m).
Is there a way to do this?
I know this is an older post, but to answer your question, this functionality is not currently supported natively. Pingdom RUM allows you to filter and slice report data. However, I was unable to find a way to limit KPI calculations to a recurring daily time window (for example, 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. only).
