The legacy reporter maybe referencing the legacy alerts table. Try the web reporter

It is best to install the SQL auditor on a different machine than the SQL server itself, mainly due to the SQL Profiler overhead Sample instructions below http://knowledgebase.solarwinds.com/kb/questions/2829/Configuring+MSSQL+Auditor+on+a+LEM+Agent LEM's SQL Auditor supports SQL 2012 and SQL 2014

From the 'netflow sources' resource on the NTA Summary view, drill into a specific interface first. click the 'flow navigator' button (you will find it on the left with vertical text alignment). Choose this port from the list of applications and apply a filter. At the bottom of the flow navigator options, you will find a…

The web reporter can certainly include multiple charts and tabular data into a single report. They can be scheduled for delivery as well. The following resources should get you started How to use the SolarWinds Orion Report Writer - Videos | SolarWinds The New-and-Improved Report Writer- now with Electrolytes!

When you put a node in an unmanaged state, it is still a licensed node. So, it will count towards the licensing of the node, it's interfaces, etc. However, since it would not be polling actively during the unmanaged duration, I don't believe it contributes to the polling rate during that time.
-
The columns you have selected are referencing the latest poll results which explains why you are seeing the same value for the entire duration. You will need to remove all the columns in your screenshot above and choose the columns from the Interface Traffic History category. The Timestamp column will be automatically…

Your condition is still build using 'Custom Node Poller' fields. Clear out the trigger condition and choose the 'Custom Table Poller Current Status' fields.

Lydia, I am sending you a message via thwack with my contact details. The easiest way is to get an engineer to look into this for you, and we can post the results back for the community's benefit. Thanks, Aravind

This discussion was started well before hardware health monitoring was added as an out of the box feature in NPM. http://oriondemo.solarwinds.com/Orion/NetPerfMon/NodeDetails.aspx?NetObject=N:251 NPM's hardware health dashboard resources can be edited to toggle between Farenheit / Celsius.

Can you post the rest of the SQL query as well? Which version of NPM are you using?
-
I would start with this Meet the Features – Dynamic Service Groups and this Meet the Features – Orion NPM 10.1 - Dependencies 2.0 / Basic Root Cause Analysis
-
The error message is benign - just means there is no NodeID column in the report columns. Anyway, what is the need for an Advanced SQL report here? If you are on NPM v10.7, you can add a Custom Table resource and simply select the Caption and Notes columns. Alternatively, you can build a report from the Legacy Report…

It is definitely not NPM doing it. That RW string is not mandatory. The normal behavior is that it lets you Edit/Save the node with a blank value for RW community string. What error message do you see when you select "orion" from the drop down, and then clear the second one before you save? Just a guess - It maybe your…

Hard to tell. On my server, it is using less than 5 GB
-
I hear you. Hopefully, you don't have all the hundreds of models. All the information for these is the DeviceStudio* tables, but it doesn't look very straightforward to manipulate with SQL queries.
-
If you choose the 'Express' install option as opposed to 'Advanced', the installer will install a local instance of SQL Express with a 10GB limit. If you installed a full version of SQL elsewhere or on the same machine, you might want to look for Microsoft instructions to backup and restore a database. After you restore…

you will need to adjust the data source Data source: Custom Poller name = ifName Data source: poller name IfName with some Fa1/0/20 and Fa1/0/19 excluded and the data source looks like below

I see. Not sure if there is a command on OLT then. The template was released as a Hot Fix for NCM v7.4 NCM v7.4.0 Hot Fix 3 is Now Available which looks like came after v7.4.1 was released.
-
Web-based alerting is part of NPM v12 Beta. So, your expectation should become reality in the not too distant future. NPM v12 Beta2 Now Available

If this worked for you, please mark the thread as 'Answered'

apparently so!

At minimum, you can add the Linix server as a SNMP node. You will need to customize a template for monitoring the Ameyo application. Browse and Select the processes using the Component Monitor Wizard, for starters. Further monitoring depends on how this application allows querying this information. Are there commands? Is…

tonyg, you will *not* see Virtualization Manager as one of the installed products in the footer because VMAN is not installed on your Orion server. It is a separate virtual appliance. You can integrate your Orion server with VMan, and IVIM is the necessary Orion component required for the integration to happen. Even when…

Apologies for the misfire. I have amended my earlier response
-
As they say, all is well that ends well.
-
then this model/device definitely doesn't respond to this OID. You may want to open a ticket with Zyxel to get to the bottom of it. was this OID seen in the MIB walk? Is so, can you copy paste the relevant output ?
-
I can't think of anything obvious to check. Best to open a support ticket.
-
The agent should have automatically received the configuration as specified by the "Default OS Policy" which looks like it did not in this case. Restart the ProfilerWebserver service. Then, click on the spanner/wrench icon for the agent and hit "Save" to force a configuration push.
-
Did you try another service like say Print Spooler ? I am assuming this is an SNMP node and the rest of the data like CPU, Memory, etc is coming in OK?

See report templates referenced here Re: Trace a specific account & all devices using this account for polling The templates are using the Legacy Report Writer that is accessible from the SolarWinds server (not the web console)
