The structure of those OID's is different than we've seen before. It's under a table, but not like other tables(no Entry field). Try using an OID of 1.3.6.1.4.1.850.1.1.2.2.0 and setting the SNMP Get Type(under Show Advanced Options) to 'GET'. Everything else should continue to be the same. Does that work better for you?

The virtual appliance is a linux version of WHD with a CentOS distro. While I don't see reduced system requirements on the KB or additional security benefits, it looks like your benefit would be no windows patching and maybe better performance. SNMP service has to be restarted.. if you can ping your server it's should be a local firewall problem ..

can you try shutting down the firewall on all profiles on the server and run a quick test to eliminate it as a possibile cause? are both server ont he same LAN segment? can the orion server PING the server but IP and hostname?
