Sounds like you need to restart the Job scheduler service. We have ran into this very same issue as well. In fact, we are yet to find the absolute answer to the same problem. If you do restart the job scheduler service, make sure you monitor your c:\ and ensure it doesn't fill up with non-essential .cab log entries.

Is the UnDP frequency controlled by the statistics collection on the nodes or the node polling frequency? This thread states the Node frequency but the following thread suggests the statistics collection:

UnDP polling is controlled by the node frequency. Breaking into a separate frequency is an outstanding feature request.

I don't know of that exact script, but it seems like you could modify this one to do what you're looking for.
