I just now received an email stating that they are confused When we get a bug reported to development, we try to reproduce it. That's a part of the Dev team, and sometimes they don't have all the info they need to reproduce. I think the email was trying to gather more info to work on your bug.

jdedmundson, What version are you using? Those earlier posts were all related to v1. If you're using v2 with the latest SP, you shouldn't be seeing the same issue.

Looks like the alerting function was moved to the web GUI and its quite different that the applet. We are getting weird alerts that are freaking the NOC people out.

Have you taken a look at Splunk? You can certainly still use Kiwi too but Splunk can do somewhat of what you might be looking for...worth a look maybe. As you both have eluded to, you will start adding zeros to the price quickly as you grow.
