Be mindful of the effect of the timezone settings for your DB, if you use Azure SQL it will use central time but if you use a managed instance you will be able to align it with your own timezone.

The best approach I found was to walk through the admin guide for the topics: UnDP Pollers & Device Studio, NPM, NTA, LA. There is also an exam prep video in available in the customer portal that walks you through some exam prep questions.
