@All, On a test deployment with a fresh database, the setting for childstatusparticipation seems to be disabled by default. It is only on existing databases, or upgraded installations, that this setting is enabled.

In my case, running the hotfix installer ended with a prompt to restart the server and run configuration wizard. I wasn't sure whether I should postpone the restart or run the configuration wizard first.
