In my case, running the hotfix installer ended with a prompt to restart the server and run configuration wizard. I wasn't sure whether I should postpone the restart or run the configuration wizard first. What is the interface bandwidth and the interface configured speed? If the interface bandwidth changes dynamically then Orion will have a hard time figuring out what the scale should be. To counteract this, edit the interface and set a static speed. If the interface is capable of gigabit speed then set the speed to 1000.
