I would also try and get the vendor's MIB for the node/node model and send it over to SolarWinds through a ticket so that it can be compiled into the MIB Database.

This issue is probably caused by your logged in user that contains non-standard characters. Can you try installing the software with another user? Preferrably a LOCAL administrator on the server, unless that is what you already did?
