Note to self and others. Since HA 2018.2, after applying an HA license to an APE server, the APE licenses previously assigned get un-assigned. The correct way to license APE servers that are stacked when using HA is: 1. Assign HA Licenses 2. Assign APE licenses to the HA Pool
