I have check this with Extreme cloud team they have already provided the read-only permission and i m able to login into the portal as well with the given credential. Getting below error in logs , while testing but getting the success result. ERROR…

Even its not working for me , credential is getting success but not getting any data. 

Actually, i have enable the CLI polling on Cisco ASA and firepower but still getting the wrong information. On device it's showing multiple tunnels are showing down but when I check the tunnel with IP address, it's not their on the firewall configuration. Congratulations is not there but on Solarwinds it's still showing…

No this issue with the interfaces as well

I m also facing the same issue, polling data is fine but when we go with the real time data it showing as 945% like this, does anyone have any answer of this.

Can anyone help on this, as per SolarWinds if we restart the Agent service on node then it will work but still its not working for me.

No I haven't run it yet, but why config wizard . It will resolve my issue.

I m facing issue with the down status, as per security team they have remove the configuration from devices but still it's showing down in tools. What could be the reason.

i m monitoring the URLS in same way but all of them are showing in unknown state
